What is a CSA?
CSA stands for Community-Supported Agriculture. It is a system that connects the producer and consumers within the food system more closely by allowing the consumer to subscribe to the harvest of a certain farm or group of farms.
Our CSA features produce from our Fleet Farming non-profit farms as well as from other local growers so by signing up for our CSA, you are helping many local farms in the Central Florida community – AND the profit from this CSA goes towards our non-profit programming, educating people on growing food and sharing produce with those in need.
How much will it cost?
We will be starting the program at $35 a week for a full share (~8-9 lbs) and $20 for a half share (~6-7 lbs). CSA shares are given in a recyclable paper bag. Reusable Fleet Farming grocery totes are available for purchase as well.
Contact our Sales Manager (csa@fleetfarming.org) for special payment conditional requests.
